How do you walk when you’re in the valley?

How do you walk when you’re in the valley?

Scripture:

“Even if I pass through death-dark ravines, I will fear no disaster; for you are with me…” — Psalm 23:4 (CJB)

Reflection:

We all go through seasons in life—valleys we didn’t ask for, didn’t plan for, and sometimes don’t understand.

But in those moments, we have a choice.

We can freeze and sit in it.

We can turn and try to run from it.

Or… we can walk through it.

Not with our heads down, but with our heads lifted.

Not in fear, but in confidence.

Eyes fixed on Him, knowing we are not walking alone.

The valley isn’t meant to break you—it’s meant to shape you.

And when you come out on the other side, you won’t be the same… you’ll be stronger.

Encouragement:

Don’t just survive the valley—walk through it with faith.

Choose joy, even here. Especially here.

Because He is with you every step of the way.
