The Only Constant That Never Changes
Scripture:
“Yeshua the Messiah is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”
— Ivrim (Hebrews) 13:8, CJB
Reflection:
This world is always changing.
We get comfortable, we settle in, and then life shifts—sometimes gently, sometimes violently.
Marriages change.
Friendships change.
Jobs change.
People grow, drift, fail, mature, or walk away.
Some changes come from mistakes we made.
Others come completely out of our control.
And if we’re honest, that constant change can be exhausting and frustrating.
When we’re not anchored in Messiah, every change leaves us searching—looking for something steady, something familiar, something we can count on. But the truth is, this world was never meant to be our constant.
The only true constant is Him.
His love never changes.
His mercy never runs dry.
His grace never expires.
His forgiveness never wavers.
When everything around you feels unstable, He remains absolute.
Encouragement:
If you’re searching for something solid in a shifting world, stop looking around and start looking up.
Turn toward Him. Cry out to Him. Lean into Him.
There may be a lot of changes in life—but He never changes.
And He’s not distant… He’s waiting.
