Training vs. Testing

Scripture:
“Adonai tests the righteous…” — Psalm 11:5 (CJB)

Reflection:
Sometimes it’s not the devil testing you — it’s God training you. We often assume that every hardship is an attack from the enemy, but not every trial is from the pit — some are from the Potter’s hand. God uses moments of struggle to strengthen, refine, and prepare us for the calling ahead.

Like David in the wilderness or Moses in the desert, your training ground may feel lonely, but it’s where God forges warriors. What you see as resistance, Heaven may see as readiness. Before you rebuke the storm, pause and ask — could this be the Lord teaching me how to stand?

Encouragement:
Stay strong. Stay faithful. God isn’t punishing you — He’s preparing you.
