Trusting God in the Valley
Even when it feels like everything is falling apart, from every direction trouble seems to come, can you pause and truly say, “I trust You, Lord”?
Do you trust Him to carry you through this season? Do you trust Him to guide you through the valley? Or do you find yourself slipping into worry and stress?
The psalmist declared with confidence:
“Even if I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff comfort me.” (Psalm 23:4, CJB)
The hardest and most powerful act of faith is to surrender all control and place your complete trust in God—especially in the darkest seasons. True peace comes not from the absence of trials, but from knowing the Shepherd walks with us in the valley and will carry us through.
So today, let this question echo in your heart: Can you boldly say, “I trust You, Lord,” even here, even now?
